Residential & Commercial Closings
We can handle all of your residential and commercial closing needs including purchases, refinances and REO transactions. We have closed over 48,000 transactions. This has given us the needed experience to streamline our processes so that you can rest assured each and every transaction runs smoothly.
Title Examinations
Our dedicated title examiners provide timely and accurate title searches. We have completed over 78,000 title examinations. We conduct title searches throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana.
Title Insurance
We believe in honesty and integrity and want all parties in a real estate transaction to be protected. We strongly encourage all buyers to purchase an owner’s policy of title insurance as part of their closing, and we routinely issue lender’s policies to our mortgage origination customers. Our team members are active members of the American Land Title Association, as well as the Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana Land Title Associations.
